We are currently using CustomTracker and CustomCad from Oak Ridge Solutions.  While the two systems are not married together, CustomCad gives us our drawings and all of the quantities we need to produce the estimates in Tracker.  The great thing about Tracker, in our opinion, is that our estimates and scheduling are in the same software.  This makes for more seamless scheduling and billing.
